Focus: Create new outfits, shoe overhaul, identify holes in wardrobe

What I noted:

• Your shoes need a major overhaul. I suspect that once this is done, you will feel you can make so many more outfits "come together"!
• You have a work "look" you are confident in, but struggle with more casual outfits that are still fashionable for running around OR feel more dressed up for a dinner out.  In addition, a single item (just a top) doesn't feel pulled together for you. To tackle these challenges, we talked about having a "pop" necklace or pair of earrings or a really fun belt (or two) to play with to add that third element when a jacket or sweater just isn't going to work (like in the summer). We also created many casual looks with your white tennies to give you some run around outfits that still have some style.

Holes in your wardrobe:

1. Shoes, shoes and more shoes! Taupe, metallic and navy in particular.
2. A couple graphic fashion tees for a "casual chic" look under a blazer, with jeans, and a fashion sneaker.
3. Belts
4. Pop jewelry
5. A few more really light weight cardigans

Styles to avoid:

• Jackets that hit below your hip crease line
• Crops that don't hit at the right place (too high or too low), unless you are committed to taking to get hemmed. To find your perfect length, take a pant that already is that perfect length with you.
• Styles that make you lose your middle section, since that is one of your best assets!
• Ruffles.  They just aren't you, especially if they are around the hem line.
• Chunky soled shoes, with capris. They will add to your area of challenge, your ankles, instead of making them look slimmer. Wear a pair of capris when you shop for shoes so you can find ones that slim your ankles versus add to them.
• Scoop necks, open necks, and low v-necks.
